777as Terms & Conditions – Platform User Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them in the table below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on 777as, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect immediately upon registration and remains in force for the duration of your account's existence.

If you are accessing 777as on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual to these terms, and that individual meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and use a 777as account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during platform use.
• Be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law.
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Not have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from 777as or any associated platform.
• Not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds belonging to, any third party.

3.2 Registration Information

When registering on 777as, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You must notify 777as promptly of any changes to your registered information. 777as reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information you provide at registration or at any subsequent time.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 777as. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual – regardless of the names, email addresses, or payment methods used – constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

4 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 777as account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777as will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You must log out of your 777as account upon completion of each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 777as customer support immediately via the live chat function within your account dashboard.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777as accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. All funds deposited to your 777as account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 777as is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above certain thresholds may trigger enhanced verification procedures.

5.3 Processing Times

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 777as wallet instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on the processing timelines of the originating institution.

5.4 Currency

All deposits, gameplay balances, and withdrawals on 777as are denominated exclusively in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied, and no conversion fees are charged by 777as.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 777as are processed in PKR to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where applicable. 777as reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests involving Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been fully met. Withdrawals from accounts that have not yet completed identity verification may be delayed pending the completion of that process.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by 777as are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds conditions, and eligible game restrictions. These conditions are communicated at the point of each offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your 777as account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable offer before any resulting balance may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on Bonus Funds only, not on your own deposited balance unless otherwise stated.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

777as employs monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, collusion, use of software exploits, hedging strategies designed to guarantee bonus conversion, and any other conduct inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may be subject to permanent suspension.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account without prior notice.

8 Gaming & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on 777as – including cricket betting, live casino, slots, and all other products – are governed by the specific rules published for each product within the platform. These rules form part of this agreement and are incorporated herein by reference.

777as reserves the right to void any bet or game result where:

• The bet was placed under circumstances constituting an obvious error in odds or pricing.
• A technical malfunction affected the outcome of the game or bet.
• The bet was placed in breach of the applicable game or sportsbook rules.
• 777as has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed fraudulently or in bad faith.

In the event of a void bet, all staked funds are returned to the Player's account balance. 777as does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific game, betting market, or feature.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777as platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on 777as.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Depositing or wagering funds that are derived from illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing discrepancies.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or financial fraud.
• Allowing a third party to use your account or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Accessing or using the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, and other materials appearing on the 777as platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 777as or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 777as content without prior written authorisation from 777as. Unauthorised use of any platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11 Responsible Gaming

777as is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools within every registered account, accessible at any time from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently close your account and block access to the platform for a minimum period of 6 months.

Players who self-exclude from 777as must not attempt to re-register or access the platform during the exclusion period. Any funds held in an account subject to self-exclusion will be retained and returned upon the conclusion of the exclusion period or upon verified request, at 777as's discretion.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777as shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from unauthorised account access due to inadequate security practices by the User.
• Technical interruptions, server outages, or connectivity failures outside of 777as's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from reliance on information, odds, or data published on the platform that was subject to an obvious error.
• Losses resulting from decisions made based on the outcome of games or bets that were subsequently voided in accordance with these terms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits 777as's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 777as is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the 777as Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at 777as.org/privacy-policy.

777as may be required to disclose your personal information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other bodies as required by applicable law, the conditions of our gaming license, or in response to a valid legal order.

14 Amendments to These Terms

777as reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 777as will provide reasonable notice to registered users by way of a platform notification or email to the address on file. Your continued use of the 777as platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document and in the sidebar table of contents.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777as holds its gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first seek resolution through the 777as customer support process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support processes, both parties agree to submit to the binding dispute resolution mechanisms available under the applicable gaming license regulatory framework. 777as will cooperate fully with any regulatory inquiry or adjudication process.
